    Do I need to advise my hotel that I am having a wheelchair delivered from Apple Scooter on the day of our arrival? (Apple Scooters told me the wheelchair will probably arrive about an hour before we do.)

    Hi Heather,

    As of November 1, Disney has changed its policies about wheelchair and ECV rental deliveries. The main part of this change is that now only select outside mobility device vendors are allowed to drop off wheelchairs/scooters and leave them with the Bell Services desk at the hotel. Unfortunately, the full list of approved vendors has not, to the best of my knowledge, been made available yet.

    You should be sure to ask Apple if they are an approved drop-off vendor. If they are, you should let the hotel know that you will be expecting a mobility delivery.

    If they are not an approved vendor, you will have to make arrangement to accept the delivery yourself at the hotel.
