    I need advice on a good ADR for my husband and I somewhere in the Epcot or Epcot resort area. What would you recommend?

    Caroline, thanks for such a great question.  Dining at Walt Disney World is one of my favorite activities, and being able to dine with just my husband would be such a treat.   You are one lucky lady!   I have a couple suggestions for your night out!

    Flying Fish Cafe is one of Disney's Signature Dining locations and is found on Disney's Boardwalk.  It is a fun-filled restaurant that serves some of the best seafood I have ever tasted.  For a one of a kind experience with your husband I  recommend the Chef's Tasting Wine Dinner.  This is a five course menu paired with some lovely  wines.   Reservations are recommended, the dining event takes place Sunday through Thursday at 5:45 PM and again at 8:15 PM.

    Monsieur Paul is a gourmet restaurant located in the France Pavilion of World Showcase at Epcot.   If you are looking for a romantic setting this is the place to be. Not only will you find fine French wines and classic cuisine, you will find a view of Epcot that will take your breath away. (Be sure to request a window seat upon arrival.  You may have to wait, but it will be worth it.)
