Hiya, Andrea! Welcome back to planDisney!
Oh boy, you're only a few days away from your magical vacation! I would love to help you set up your tickets so you can experience everything that
The World's Most Magical Celebration has to offer. We can work through this step-by-step so your trip can be practically perfect in every way! Let me just grab my magic wand...
First, you'll want to make sure that your tickets are properly linked to your account. In order to do this, begin by logging into your account online. Hover your mouse over the
My Disney Experience tab and click on
My Plans. Scroll down a bit and toggle over to Tickets & Memory Maker. You should be able to see all of your tickets linked to the people in your travel party. If you don't, scroll back up and hover over the icon that says Park Tickets, then click Link Tickets.
If your tickets are already linked, be sure that you've made your
Theme Park Reservations! This is a great way to make sure you can visit your desired parks on each day of your trip. To make Theme Park Reservations, hover your mouse over the My Disney Experience tab and click Disney Park Pass System. Under Make a Park Reservation, click either Theme Park Tickets or Annual Passes - whichever applies to your type of tickets.
Andrea, if you are specifically looking for information on how to activate your tickets, please know that only certain types of tickets need to be activated, which include Annual Passes, Military Salute Tickets, and Florida Resident Tickets. If you need to activate these tickets, you can do so either at the
Disney Ticket Center in
Disney Springs (preferably the day before you visit a park) or conveniently located at
Guest Relations outside of the entrance at every park.
I know that speaking to one of the wonderful Cast Members can be truly helpful when talking through some of these situations. They seem to have a special kind of magic wand that just seems to reach farther! If you're having difficulty speaking to a
Cast Member by phone, I'd love to recommend that you reach out through the Chat feature in the
My Disney Experience app. To do this, log into the app and tap the icon that looks like three stacked lines in the bottom right corner. Scroll down a bit and tap Chat With Us. Here, you can type out your situation and a Cast Member will respond as soon as they're available. Pro tip: include your Walt Disney World Resort confirmation number in your question so the Cast Member can easily and efficiently locate your information!
While we're speaking about the My Disney Experience app, it can be helpful to explore everything that this app can do prior to your trip. It's a little bit like holding your own magic wand in your hand! My favorite reasons to use this app while on my vacation are to check wait times for rides and
mobile order food. As someone who loves her snacks, this is the perfect way to make sure my meals are ready before I even feel a rumbly in my tumbly.
Andrea, I hope I was able to help you with your tickets today! If you have any other questions, please visit us again.
Faith, trust, and pixie dust -
Michelle
