    Hi Nancy! We're getting the little details ironed out for our trip to WDW on 12/16 w/ 4 night cruise on 12/19. Can't wait! We were wondering what time we can expect DCL to pick us up at our hotel? We're staying at Art of Animation. Thanks!!

    It is wonderful to hear from you again! From the pictures I've seen the Art of Animation looks like an amazing resort!  The Imagineers have outdone themselves again and seeing it all decked out for the holidays will make your stay even more magical! 
    Using DCL ground transportation to the port will make for a smooth and seamless transition from land to sea!  I can't tell you an exact time because it varies depending on where Guests on your particular cruise are staying, but a good estimate is 10:00am-12:00pm.  When you receive your cruise documents a few weeks prior to sailing, the departure time may be listed.  If it is not, you should find out either when you check in to your resort or 24 hours prior to pick-up.  I do know that luggage pickup will be earlier in the morning around 8:00-8:30am.  This service is so convenient because the next time you will see your bags will be outside your stateroom door later that afternoon!  Disney sure does make things easy!
    I'm sorry I didn't have an exact answer for you, but hopefully this will give you a good idea so you can plan a relaxing morning before your begin your adventures on the high seas!
