Myself and my 2 boys (ages 11 and 9 when we go) will be making our first trip to Disney World. I am purchasing the DDP and I would love suggestions for dinner options that are fun and interesting. I do have a gluten allergy.

    Hi Tracy,

I love dining at the Walt Disney World Resorts as there are so many unique and fun places to try! My daughters learned to try new foods at these restaurants as well as how to dine at a five star restaurant. I will give you some of our favorite places to dine. However, I encourage you to look with your boys at the restaurants and try the ones you like. You can always look at Disney Food Blog for reviews.

Here are some of my families favorites broken down by parks:

Magic Kingdom: Whispering Canyon Cafe, Be Our Guest, California Grill

Epcot: Any restaurant around World Showcase especially Via Napoli Ristorante e Pizzeria, La Hacienda de San Angel, Teppan Edo, Biergarten Restaurant, Yachtman Steakhouse

Disney's Hollywood Studios: 50's Prime Time Cafe, Sci-Fi Dine-In Theater Restaurant (only for lunch)

Disney's Animal Kingdom: Yak & Yeti, Jiko, the Cooking Place, Boma-Flavors of Africa, Sanaa

Downtown Disney-Wolfgang Puck Grand Cafe, Bongos Cuban Cafe

Some of the best restaurants are in resorts. Also, Hoop-Dee-Doo Musical Revue is a fun treat.

All of these restaurants can accommodate a gluten free diet.

    Wishing you a magical vacation!
