Welcome to planDisney, Marc!
Zip-a-dee-doo-dah, zip-a-dee-ay. My, oh, my, I bet you’re glad your holiday is less than one week away! Can you believe you’ll be soaring with Dumbo, waltzing with 999 Happy Haunts, and traveling to galaxies far, far away so soon? Let the final countdown commence!
I’m sorry to hear Wreck-It Ralph wrecked your
My Disney Experience mobile app. Since so many aspects of a Walt Disney World Resort vacation rely on the proper functioning of the app, I’m sure this hiccup is not taking you to your Laughing Place. First, make sure you are still signed into your My Disney Experience account on the app. I know that may seem silly, but the app will sign you out from time to time without warning. If this is not the case in your situation, I suggest you delete the app from your smart device altogether, then download it again. This won’t affect your My Disney Experience account in any way, but it usually resets technical glitches. Whenever I’ve had issues with the functionality of the My Disney Experience app on my device, this is the trick that works. Once you sign back into your account, check out your Future Plans page to see if your plans are showing back up. If they are, hooray! If they are not, then I suggest you give the
UK Technical and Website Support phone number a call for further assistance.
Did you know you use the interactive map feature in the My Disney Experience mobile app to look for nearby
Character Experiences and
Disney PhotoPass opportunities? When you are in the map, click the drop-down menu in the top-middle of the screen and select “Characters” or “PhotoPass” to view these options. You can view a comprehensive list by clicking “Show List” in the top right corner, and you can filter the results by park or location using “Filter” in the top left.
Marc, I hope this helps remedy the issues you are having with your My Disney Experience mobile app. If you think of anything else we can help with, please stop back by. Have a truly jolly holiday to The Most Magical Place on Earth!
See ya real soon,
Alyssa
