    We're going to the MVMCP after we spend the afternoon at Disney Springs. Can we leave our car at DS and take the Disney transportation to one of the monorail resorts and walk to the MK for the party and take the transportation back after the party?

    It sounds like you might have a great plan!

    If you visit Disney Springs, you can hop on board a Disney Transportation Bus to one of the monorail resorts. If you go to Disney's Contemporary Resort, you can walk from the bus stop directly to Magic Kingdom Park. That's my favorite way to enter the park. 

    Afterward, you can take a bus back to one of the Epcot-area resorts. I consider those as the most conveniently located resorts near Disney Springs. Most nights, buses run to Disney Springs until 2:00 AM. I would certainly check on the hours the buses run before you leave Disney Springs for the party in the evening.
