    I have multiple tix assigned to my name that have different expiration dates and I want to use a certain one before the other. Will cast member at gate know which one to scan since I'm using a magicband and don't want wrong ticket scanned?

    Your trip to The Most Magical Place on Earth is sure to be practically perfect in every way! And I am elated to hEAR that you have multiple theme park tickets, which allows us to get excited multiple times for your return to the magic! 

    Jeffrey, you’ve asked an excellent question, and I’m happy to discuss a solution with you. A Cast Member will need to prioritize your theme park tickets for you. I would recommend getting this done before your trip, so you're not worrying about it during your vacation. To do this, please head over to the Walt Disney World Resort website; you will see an icon pop up on the right-hand side that reads, “Chat Now.” Sometimes it takes a couple of minutes to pop up, but once it does, please click on it, and it will connect you to a friendly Cast Member. Let them know about your situation and that you’d like assistance with prioritizing the tickets.

    The Cast Member will offer to further assist you by getting your permission to send a separate form for you to fill out during your Chat session. Once you have filled out the form, you will send it back to the Cast Member you’re chatting with. The information will not be retained after the chat session ends, but it helps the Cast Member go into your My Disney Experience account to prioritize the theme park tickets for you. Once the Cast Member is through prioritizing your tickets, you will be all set to walk into the theme park of your choice without any worries about whether or not the correct ticket is being scanned! Hooray!

    If you would rather wait to do this at the parks, simply head over to the Guest Relations, located in every park and at Disney Springs, to speak to a Cast Member there who will be happy to assist you. 

    Do be sure you’ve made your Disney Park Pass reservations, as those are required, along with your tickets, to enter the theme parks!
