Can I use multiple Disney gift cards to pay for my hotel online? Also, is there a way to pay my hotel balance down online? I have not found any way to do this yet.

    Welcome to planDisney, Dylan!

Boy oh boy, I bet you are more than a little excited to embark on your magical Walt Disney World Resort adventure in less than three months! Can you believe you'll get to fly with Dumbo, sail the high seas with a crew of swashbuckling pirates, and travel to a galaxy far, far away? Not to mention, you’ll get to experience all that the EPCOT International Flower & Garden Festival and 50th Anniversary Celebration have to offer. It's never too early to start counting down the days!

I'm so glad you stopped by with this question, Dylan. I love to use Disney Gift Cards on my trips back “home” as well and use them to pay for everything from my Disney Resorts Collection hotel reservation to a Mickey Pretzel in the theme parks. At this time, you are only able to use one method of payment per transaction to pay online, so you won’t be able to use multiple gift cards simultaneously to make a payment on your reservation online. However, you could make several separate payments online using different Disney Gift Cards (it might just take you a while). Hakuna matata, because there is an easy way to consolidate smaller denomination Disney Gift Cards to speed this process up.

All you have to do is visit the Disney Gift Card website and log in using your Disney account credentials (the same login you use for your My Disney Experience account). You can then add and store up to six Disney Gift Cards in the "My Cards" section of your account and manage them there. Once you've added a card to your account, you can easily transfer the amount from other Disney Gift Cards onto it (you can transfer funds onto a single gift card until the balance equals a maximum of $1,000). I suggest you combine the Disney Gift Cards you have through this site, so you only have to make a few larger payments with your gift cards rather than many smaller payments. If you'd rather not utilize the Disney Gift Card site, you could instead call (407) 939-7675 and speak with a friendly Cast Member. They are able to take more than one gift card payment at a time over the phone and will surely be able to help you faster than you can say bibbidi-bobbidi-boo!

If you decide to make your own payments online, it’s quite simple to do in your My Disney Experience account from a browser. Hover your mouse over the words "My Disney Experience" towards the top right corner of the screen and click on "My Plans" from the list of options that appear. Scroll down until you see the "My Plans, Reservations and Tickets" section. You should see your upcoming Walt Disney World Resort vacation listed here along with a blue link that says "Make a Payment." Just click on that link and follow the steps to make a payment. It's that easy! If you do not see the option to make a payment online, you will need to call the number above or (407) 939-1936 for assistance.

Dylan, I hope this helps, but let me know if you need further clarification. Enjoy your trip!

    Off to Neverland,
