    We have multiple dining reservations during our stay at CBR. With the new Skyliner, would it cut down time to take it to theme parks and then catching a monorail or boat? We’re dining at Polynesian, Grand Floridian, and Wilderness Lodge for Character Meals

    Heather,

    So it has not been around long, but I am already a huge Disney Skyliner fan!

    If you are going from your resort to these resorts for meals, the question is certainly an important one. While it sounds fun to use the Skyliner to start your trip, I am actually in this case suggest you not use the Skyliner. I think it would be far faster, and less frustrating to take the resort bus to the Magic Kingdom instead.

    If you want to get to these resorts using the Skyliner, you start off with a roughly 11 minute ride to Epcot. Then you need to walk through Epcot to get to the monorail, which should take at least 15 minutes. Then the monorail rides to the Magic Kingdom will take about 35-40 minutes. All told, just to get there, you are looking at a little over an hour.

    Instead, if you take the bus from your resort to the Magic Kingdom you should clock in at about 25-30 minutes, without all the transfers and walking. I would recommend that instead. Perhaps not as scenic, but certainly a great deal more convenient!

    From there, here is how you would do to get to your meals;
