I have both multi pass and Premier pass for the same day. Will the system know to use the multi pass on a scheduled ride and not use the Premier pass? I don't want to loose out on the multi pass.

Hi Trudy! Welcome to planDisney. It sounds like you’re planning the ultimate park day, and I’m happy to help!

Using both a Lightning Lane Multi Pass (LLMP) and Lightning Lane Premier Pass (LLPP) on the same day is like having a fairy godmother for your park plans! I spoke with a Cast Member at the Internet Help Desk, and he confirmed that the system will automatically prioritize using your Multi Pass for any scheduled rides you’ve booked. If no Multi Pass reservation is available for the attraction you want to ride, the Premier Pass will kick in to save the day!

To make your experience even smoother, check the “My Day” feature in the My Disney Experience app under “Today’s Plans.” It will show you the list of LLPP redeemed experiences you've already done that day and what’s still available.

I hope this clears things up and helps you make the most of your magical day, Trudy. Please stop by and see us at planDisney again soon. I’d love to help you again!
