If you have a mug from a previous trip, can you take it back and pay a little more to have it re-activated?

    Dear Tammy,

Thank you so much for stopping by to visit us here at the Disney Parks Moms Panel with your excellent question about planning ahead for your upcoming return to the Walt Disney World Resort!

The resort-refillable mugs are only good for one length of stay up to 14 days, so you will have to purchase a new resort-refillable mug for your upcoming trip. They are computer-chipped so the previous ones will not work with the computerized machines once your 14 days are up. However, if you just want to use it for water, that won't be a problem at all.

If you have the Disney Dining Plan, you will receive a new resort-refillable mug with your Disney Dining Plan. Hope that helps with your magical planning!
