Can a 6mth old ride any rides with me? I am coming alone with my infant in nov, what attractions (any park) do you recommend for the 2 of us? I came all the time growing up, but all we did was ride the rides, so i dont really know anything else. Thanks!

Hi, Elizabeth!  There is really quite a bit you can do with an infant in tow!  Many of the Magic Kingdom attractions are safe for your little one, and you can enjoy them as well!  My girls have always done the Haunted Mansion with us; the Jungle Cruise; Buzz Lightyear (although when they were this young, I didn't spin the car around - just gently turned it so they could see the colors and the movement); the carousel; Dumbo; the Magic Carpets - and even a few others!  I also did nearly all of the outside shows with my babies, and most of the inside ones as well.

In EPCOT, you can ride the boat through Living with the Land, and browse through things like Innoventions.  I have to tell you, EPCOT was the BEST nap spot for my girls.  I'd walk them around outside in the sunshine in their strollers or their baby carriers, and once they were asleep, I'd grab some lunch or browse some shops.

You'll find that many of the shows at Disney's Hollywood Studios are baby friendly (although Fantasmic! can be a bit too loud for some children), and my girls always went with me on the Great Movie Ride.  I always treated Disney's Animal Kingdom more as a walk through a park to admire the animals when my babies were small, but it was always a nice, relaxing day for me!

I am certain you'll find plenty to do that you can share with your precious little one.  Just make sure that you get as many photos as you can of the two of you together.  The memories you'll make will be priceless!
