HI MP, we are staying at the Port Orleans Riverside in 19 days! I've read in a book that they suggest shipping a package of snacks to yourself at your hotel. Does WDW allow this?

    Hi Caryn!

Yes! Disney does allow this! And, to make matters even easier, you can also order online via sites like Amazon, Walmart, etc and have them ship you snacks directly to the resort! You will want to avoid anything perishable though!

When shipping to the resort, you'll want to include the name the reservation is under as well as your arrival date. Upon arrival at the resort, you can ask at check-in or Bell Services where to pick up your package. Typically, it will be at Bell Services but occasionally - if the resort has a business center - it may be at a different location within the resort. Also, the business center locations do charge a nominal fee for package handling, but most other resorts do not.

Hope this helps! Enjoy your trip and please let the Moms Panel know if we can help with additional trip planning details!
