Jambo Allison and Welcome Home!
Thanks for stopping back by the Disney Parks Moms Panel! First of all, let me start with Happy Anniversary! Where better to celebrate your anniversary than the Happiest Place on Earth? I see that your vacation begins in less than two weeks so you must be getting really excited about getting out of the cold up there in Minnesota and down to some beautiful Florida sunshine. I recently stayed in
Disney’s Animal Kingdom Villas – Kidani Village and it quickly became one of my favorite vacation experiences. Nothing beats walking to your room with spectacular views of wildlife throughout the hallways and common areas. If you are lucky enough to have a Villa with a Savanna View, you can enjoy wildlife watching throughout your stay by stepping out onto your private balcony. I loved sipping my coffee in the morning, watching the wildlife roam around the savanna. Disney’s Animal Kingdom Lodge is also home to some
extraordinary restaurants that feature African specialties, like
Sanaa and my personal favorite,
Boma.
During your nine-night stay, you can expect Mousekeeping to do a
“Full Cleaning” service, on the 4th consecutive day, which includes emptying the trash, replacing the liners, and providing fresh bathroom linens. Another “Trash and Towel” service will occur on the eighth day. You can hang your towels up to be reused until Mousekeeping arrives on that 4th day or you can always call housekeeping from the phone in your Villa and request clean linens, toiletries, or trash service. Additional fees may be charged for some requests, so check with the front desk upon your arrival.
I hope that you have a magical vacation and enjoy your stay at Disney’s Animal Kingdom Villas – Kidani Village!
