hi MP! 45 days until WDW! we dont have park hoppers, are we allowed to leave the park mid-day for some pool time at our resort and return to the same park for the rest of the afternoon? Also, any ideas on how to surprise a 5 yr old with a wdw trip? thanks

    Hi Anne!

YES! Absolutely! As long as you re-enter the same park you had visited in the morning, you will be able to head back to the parks after your afternoon nap or swim time.

Here are a few ideas for surprising your 5 year old with a trip:
    • Create your own Backyard (or inside) Scavenger Hunt. At each stop along the way, leave a small Disney related item as a clue... Some things to include would be a model car or plane, a small Mickey plush or even a personalized Disney Gift Card. The Grand Finale, of course, is the big reveal of the trip.
    • Assemble a custom puzzle together. Upload a photo to any of the stores or websites that will create a puzzle from your pictures. Let the fun begin as the photo slowly takes shape!
    • Create a custom Disney Card. Have Mickey himself deliver the big news!

Hope this helps! Have a great trip!
