Hi MP! Coming in 12/12, Have QSDP. DGD allergic to gluten, EP & HS have limited QS options for her, Does the QS at resorts have better options? Thinking Sassagoula's, Old Port Royale, Contempo, Pepper Market, etc? Which ones would you recommend

Hi, Kimberly!  You should be able to find gluten free options at many of the counter service locations.  Most have gluten free buns for sandwiches, and most of the counter service locations even have a gluten free dessert available.  You can even request at some locations chicken nuggets made with gluten free breading.

The Pepper Market has a good variety of food, and you can talk to a chef when you arrive who will point out which items are gluten free options.  The menus at all the restaurants are subject to change, so this is the best way at any dining location to make sure you have the most current information.  Contempo Cafe has gluten free rolls and desserts, and again, you can request assistance from a member of the culinary staff to make safe choices.

Of the options you listed, I think those would be my first choices, although you are likely going to find something at any of the locations on your list.
