Hello, We will be moving permanently to FL on February 10 this year. As soon as we settle, we would like to visit the parks, before I have to return to work. What evidence do you need for me to prove that we are Florida Residents?

    Hello Aileen,
Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel! Thanks for joining us here with your question.

I've got to tell you, I've been a Florida resident for a very long time and my family and I just love our Florida Resident Annual Passes.  The discount is fantastic and we often visit for just an afternoon without feeling rushed to see everything all at one time.  The additional Passholder Benefits are incredible-dining discounts in select locations, discounts on select merchandise, free parking, and some passes even include PhotoPass downloads.  We just love having fun family pictures taken at all the festivals throughout the year.

Aileen, once you have gotten settled and have obtained your Florida driver's license with your new local address, you can use that as identification to prove Florida residency.

Wishing you and your family many happy memories with your Walt Disney World Resort Annual Passes!

    Best Wishes,
    Amy S.

Meet the Panelist: Amy, Florida

I’ve grown up in Central Florida and have been visiting Disney Parks for over 30 years. Now that I’m a mom myself of a blended family with four kids, I love sharing Disney’s year-round special events with my family. Some of our favorite events are the Flower and Garden Festival, Epcot's International Food and Wine Festival and Mickey’s Not So Scary Halloween Party. Let me help you plan something extraordinary for your next Disney Parks vacation! Learn More About Amy
