Are the movie clips at Sci-Fi too scary for a 4.5 yr. old? Also, any place to get parade times for MK? Wanted to make resv. at Tony's to get a good viewing spot, any suggestions on times to make these? Thanks a bunch!

The Magic Kingdom parade times can be found on the park calendar HERE. If you click on the numerical date in each calendar box, you'll find the schedule for parades and fireworks on that day. I can't tell you what time to make your reservation, as the parade times vary daily, but if you look at the calendar, you'll get a good idea of when to dine.

The movie clips at the Sci-Fi Dine-In are much more silly than scary. They are mostly black & white clips from movies from the 1950s. Things like very fake looking robots and the "world's largest man." One of my daughters is very sensitive about movie content (we had to leave both Finding Nemo and The Incredibles in the middle because she was scared). She has never had a problem at the Sci-Fi. I wouldn't presume to say that no child has ever been frightened at the Sci-Fi, but it is rare. Also, the clips themselves are short, like a minute or so each, and are intercut with campy drive-in movie ads featuring things like dancing hot dogs and popcorn boxes. If there was something that frightened your child, it would be over quickly.
