Bruce, I'm glad you could change your address for yourself in My Disney Experience, but I'm sorry you are having difficulty making the change for your daughter. Since you've already tried troubleshooting this alone, I think it is time for a bit of pixie dust! At this point, I recommend contacting a Cast Member in the
My Disney Experience, MagicBand, and MagicBand+ department. I had a similar issue in the past, and they were able to walk me through some additional troubleshooting tips and ultimately make the change on my behalf in my account. They really are magic!
I'm sorry I couldn't give you any additional tips to help you. When you call the Cast Members, I highly recommend reaching out either earlier in the day or later in the evening. In my experience, these tend to be the best times with the lowest wait times! Please come back and see
