Hiya, Anabel. Welcome to planDisney! I am glad you're here!
I can't quite tell if you have a
Disneyland Magic Key or a standard theme park ticket, so I will give you information for both. The good news is that with either, you should be able to modify your
park reservation.
Anabel, if you've got a
standard Disneyland Resort Theme Park Ticket, you can cancel and rebook a new theme park reservation, as long as the ticket hasn't expired and is still valid for use. However, it is best to cancel by 11:59 PM (PT) the day before the reservation. If you don't, you’ll need to wait until the following day after the reservation expires to book a new reservation with that same ticket.
If you are a Magic Key holder, you must modify or cancel your park reservations by 11:59 PM (PT) the night before the reservation to avoid a penalty. If you fail to cancel in time, your Magic Key will be marked as a "no-show" if you miss your theme park reservation. If you get three no-shows on your Magic Key in any 90-day window, you cannot make new park reservations or modify existing park reservations for 30 days.
To modify your park reservation, head to the
Disneyland Resort website and find the "My Disneyland" tab at the top right of the home screen. Click on
"My Plans" in the drop-down menu and find the ticket you would like to modify. Click on the blue "Manage Reservation" button, and it'll take you to a list of all theme park reservations linked to your MyDisney account. Click on "Modify Reservation" next to the reservation you want to modify and follow the instructions on the following pages to switch your park reservation. I hope this helps, Anabel!
Thanks again for stopping by, Anabel. If you have any more questions, please visit us again!
Wishing you magic,
Melissa
