Hello Elisa, and welcome to planDisney!I am a big fan of using Disney PhotoPass service! It is such a great way to get photos of the whole group in iconic places all around Walt Disney World Resort. I also love seeing the fun surprises that appear in my photos with Magic Shots.I think you are asking about purchasing Memory Maker. Memory Maker is an entitlement that allows the purchaser to download all their Disney PhotoPass photos, including attraction photos and those captured with Disney PhotoPass photographers for one price. I was a bit surprised to hear you were having trouble using a Disney Gift Card as payment, so I walked myself through the purchase process -- and you are right! When I select "Buy Memory Maker" in the My Disney Experience mobile app, the payment method defaults to the credit card I have stored in my account. I have the option to edit or add a credit card, but I am not seeing the option to enter a Disney Gift Card. However, when purchasing Memory Maker on disneyworld.com, after adding Memory Maker to my cart, on the payment page in the checkout process there is a checkbox to select "Use a Disney Gift Card". I was able to do this both on my computer and by using the browser on my phone to navigate to disneyworld.com and then typing "Memory Maker" into the search box.Elisa, if you are still having trouble using a Disney Gift Card to purchase Memory Maker online, stop in at a Disney PhotoPass service center, located near the entrance to all four theme parks and at Disney Springs. You'll find helpful Cast Members to assist you with Disney PhotoPass in the following locations:
I hope that helps! Please stop back and see us again if you have any additional questions. Have fun making memories!Anne Marie
