My mother and I are bringing my 75yo gramma for her 1st visit and staying at CBR. How can we guarantee a ground floor room? Thank you!

    Hi Nikki!

Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel. How exciting to be taking your grandmother for her first visit to Disney World! Be sure to ask a Cast Member at the front desk for a complimentary Celebration button. Your gramma can get a 1st Visit button to wear proudly while you all are in Walt Disney World Resort.

Disney's Caribbean Beach Resort is beautiful. To guarantee a ground floor room, I would suggest calling (407) 934-3400 and speaking with a Cast Member about your specific needs. They will be able to assist you with your upcoming stay.

Please let us know if you have any further questions before your visit to Walt Disney World.

    Have a magical day!
