    Morning, we are travelling from Australia (28/1/16) for 9 days. No accomm booked yet previously stayed at POR.I was just wondering if we were to ring up and book and a deal comes up next month or so can i swap my accom from moderate to deluxe? Thanks.

    Hi, Kerrey! Walt Disney World Resort offers great room and package discounts frequently throughout the year. I usually like to price out my choice of Resort hotels and dates when special offers are announced before deciding on which fabulous hotel to choose. However, you are more than welcome to book your choice of hotel now if you would like. When a Special Offer is released for your travel period, you can easily have it applied to your reservation and upgrade to a Deluxe Resort at that time if you wish. Understand that there may be excluded Resort hotels, room types, or dates. Because of this, many Guests will modify their travel dates or choose an alternate preferred Resort hotel to fit the qualifications of the Special Offer.

    There are a few ways to modify Resort reservations. Some reservations can be modified online by pulling up the details of your reservation under My Disney Experience. If you are not able to complete this online or would feel more comfortable having an agent handle this for you, just give one a call and the agent will be happy to assist you in this change. They will be able to help you determine if you are able to apply the Special Offer to your current Resort stay, or if you will need to modify any portion of your reservation so that it can be applied.
