We want to make morning reservations for the Ohana breakfast and 1900 Park Fare breakfast, but how do we get to those resorts from our resort (Coronado Springs)???

Hey Scot!  Those are two great dining experiences.  To get to both of those what you will want to do is take the bus from CS to MK.  At MK you will then take the Monorail to the Poly for the Ohana breakfast and to the GF for the 1900 Park Fare breakfast.  I would allow at least 45 minutes in travel time to make your ADR.  Earlier is definitely better than late, and remember they ask that you arrive at least 15 minutes before your reservation.
Thanks so much for the great question, and I hope you have a magical vacation at WDW.
