Morning...I accidentally deleted a photo in memory maker...how can I get it back?

Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel, Lisa! Thank you for bringing us your question about Memory Maker!

I know the terrible feeling when you accidentally delete a photo from your Disney PhotoPass Service account! The second you realize what you've done, you so desperately want to go back in time and undo your mistake but you can't!

Luckily, there should be hope for you, just like there was for me. As soon as you get a chance, reach out to the Disney PhotoPass Service Guest Support Team by calling (407) 560-4300 and explain to them what happened. Although there is no guarantee they will be able to restore your photo, it doesn't hurt to ask! As I said, I've been in a similar situation before and found them to be super empathetic and helpful! I am sure they will do their best to try and help you as well!

Lisa, I hope this is useful. I'll keep my fingers crossed for you! I know how precious those Disney memories are!

Please, come back with more questions anytime!

Meet the Panelist: Desiree, Peru

Hi! I'm Desiree from Lima, Peru. My family will never ever tire of visiting the Most Magical Place on Earth, even if means traveling almost 3,000 miles to do so! My husband and I love to watch the fireworks with our kids, but the best magic happens when the grandparents come along and we all feel the same age in front of Cinderella Castle! I love giving tips about different types of resorts and traveling with multigenerational groups.
