Ahoy Kelly!
Welcome aboard the Disney Parks Moms Panel. How exciting that you are less than a week away from your high seas adventure with Captain Mickey! I cannot wait for you to make so many magical memories with your little Mouseketeer!
U.S. citizens sailing from and returning to the same U.S. port can present an original or a copy of their state-issued birth certificate and government-issued photo ID in place of an original, valid U.S. Passport. Children that are 15 years of age or younger, like your little pirate-in-training, can board with an original or a copy of their state-issued birth certificate. Just be sure you have a copy of your little one's state-issued birth certificate and not the ceremonial certificate from the hospital.
Passport and travel documentation requirements are subject to change. Since you are sailing so soon, based on the current documentation requirements posted, a copy of the state-issued birth certificate should fulfill this documentation requirement for your little one.
Disney Cruise Line offers a lot of amenities to ensure smooth sailing when
traveling with your little one! While onboard, the
"it's a small world" nursery is available for playtime so you can enjoy some of the
adult exclusive spaces. Nursery time does require an additional fee and reservations fill quickly, so be sure to make your reservations before you set sail or stop by the nursery as soon as you step onboard the ship.
Check back in to the Disney Parks Moms Panel if you have any additional questions before you set sail!
"Sea" ya real soon! Angie
