Our 6 month old's bedtime is dinner time, and we'll all be happy if he's sleeping. Can you suggest some quiet table service restaurants at downtown disney or near the Poly? will Wishes be loud ?

    Lisa,

Ah, the joys of a baby sleeping through dinner.  Those are but a distant memory for me now.  Enjoy it while you can!

For a quiet dinner near the Polynesian, I would take a short walk or monorail ride over to the Grand Floridian and dine at either Citicos or Narcoossee's.  Both restaurants are excellent, with beautiful decor and fantastic food.  They are also a bit more upscale and as a result a bit quieter - particularly Citricos.

After dinner you can always step outside and watch Wishes - from that distance it won't be too loud for your little one.  A plus for eating at Narcoossee's is that you can take in the Electrical Water Pageant and Wishes both from the almost-all-glass restaurant if you time your dinner reservation right.

    Good luck!
