We will have a 2 month old during our first vacation to WDW. I've heard that you can carry an infant in your arms on some of the rides in MK. Is this true? And if so, can you tell me which rides allow this or is there a list somewhere I can look at?

Hi, Adri! I think any ride that you are not strapped into allows you to bring your babe-in-arms with you.  This is the list (according to me - not Disney) that I would think would allow your baby to ride.
    • Walt Disney World Railroad
    • Jungle Cruise
    • Pirates of the Caribbean
    • Haunted Mansion
    • Liberty Square Riverboat
    • it's a small world
    • Peter Pan's Flight
    • Prince Charming's Regal Carrousel (seated on a bench)
    • Snow White's Scary Adventure
    • The Many Adventures of Winnie the Pooh
    • Tomorrowland Transit Authority PeopleMover
    • Buzz Lightyear's Space Ranger Spin (if you don't interact with the blaster)

Hope this helps! Have a magical vacation! May it be your first of many!
