Hi there, Rocio!
Thanks so much for stopping by planDisney with your question. While my Mouseketeers have grown into full-on tweens, I vividly remember being in the parks in their first few years. My son's first trip was when he was just 7 months old, so I hope to have some helpful advice for you!
I checked the
list of items permitted in the parks, and while glass is prohibited, the exception is glass containers under 4 ounces for baby food and medicine. I realize that might be quite small for a bottle, but hopefully that works for your baby food containers, and it's helpful information to have as you put the finishing touches on your planning.
I highly recommend checking out the
Baby Care Centers in Disneyland and California Adventure. These provide a quiet oasis away from the hustle and bustle of the parks. Within each, you'll find well-stocked changing areas, quiet nursing spaces, and a kitchen with a sink, bottle warmers, and a microwave. Guests are welcome to use these facilities as needed throughout the day. There's even a feeding area with highchairs in case your little one has a hard time focusing on feeding with so many things to see when you're out in the parks. The best part is that if you've accidentally left something at home, there are many essential items, from wipes to diapers to baby food and over-the-counter medication, available for purchase. On hot or busy days, the Baby Care Centers truly feel like a relaxing break to refresh and get ready for the rest of your park day!
Rocio, I sure hope this was helpful and that we've set you up for a successful visit to the Happiest Place on Earth! One more note I just thought of is that if you happen to be staying at a
Disneyland Resort Hotel, you can inquire at the front desk about babysitting services as well. I remember my parents using the babysitting services when I was a toddler, and honestly, they are some of my most magical memories! If you have any more questions, you know where to find us here at
planDisney.
Magic awaits!
Tara
