Will the monrai be in use for a trip at the end of july 2021/beginning of August 2021?

    Heigh-Ho Brian,

As 2021 leads us back to some normalcy Walt Disney World continues to monitor, maintain and update its guidelines and procedures. Guests should stay up to date by reading the Know Before You Go page and the Disney Parks Blog for what’s new.

Since Walt Disney’s World reopening the Express Monorail has transported Guests between the Transportation Ticket Center and Magic Kingdom park and the Resorts Monorail is making stops at  Magic Kingdom park, Disney’s Contemporary Resort and Disney’s Grand Floridian Resort and Spa. Due to refurbishment work at the Great Ceremonial House, monorail service to Disney’s Polynesian Village Resort is temporarily suspended. Currently, the Epcot Monorail is still not transporting Guests between Epcot and the Transportation Ticket Center and I am not privy as to when they may reintroduce this complimentary mode of transportation. At the moment, Disney bus transportation is provided to transport Guests between Epcot and the Transportation Ticket Center and Guest’s Disney Resorts Collection hotel. We are all anxiously awaiting the return of the Epcot Monorail and can hardly wait to finally hEAR, “¡Por favor manténgase alejado de las puertas!”

But no matter I am sure your upcoming visit will be filled with many magical and memorable moments.

    Have a Practically Perfect Day,

    Amy M.

Meet the Panelist: Amy, Virginia

I am a Dreamer who has always believed dreams are meant to be the path to your future. Walt Disney, I believe, felt the same way, "All our dreams can come true, if we have the courage to pursue them." Disney has always been proof that endless imagination and the passion to make them come to fruition is possible. I will never be to old for Disney, it is home to all of us Dreamers.
