Hey there, Lynne, and welcome to planDisney, your direct line to real-world experience for planning your enchanted Disney vacation.
My favorite challenge at Walt Disney World Resort is not how many attractions I can do in a single day or even visiting all four theme parks in a single day. Believe it or not, it is the calculus and logistics of getting from one place to another inside the "Place Where Dreams Come True." Of course, you could always use the direction feature on the My Disney Experience app to help guide you.
The answer to your question is "unfortunately not" because you must have a valid ticket to enter EPCOT even if you are just passing through to the Disney Skyliner. Let's look at the time line of your proposed journey.
- Walt Disney World Monorail System from Magic Kingdom Park to the Transportation and Ticket Center (10 minutes)
- Transfer to the EPCOT Monorail at the Transportation and Ticket Center (2-10 minutes)
- Exit the EPCOT Monorail at EPCOT (15 minutes)
- Enter EPCOT with a valid theme park ticket (2-3 minutes)
- Walk through EPCOT to the Disney Skyliner on the other side of the International Gateway entrance (10-15 minutes)
- Ride the Disney Skyliner to the Disney's Caribbean Beach Resort terminal (15 minutes)
- Transfer to the Disney's Hollywood Studio Skyliner Line (7 minutes)
- Exit the Disney Skyliner at Disney's Hollywood Studios
As you can see this is a long process. Without access to EPCOT then it would be best to catch the complimentary
Walt Disney World Bus Service directly to Disney's Hollywood Studios (12-15 minutes). If you really want to ride the Disney Skyliner between EPCOT and Disney's Hollywood Studios then take the bus from Magic Kingdom Park to
Disney's Beach Club Resort (20-25 minutes). Exit the back of the Resort hotel lobby and follow the Boardwalk to the left until you arrive at the EPCOT Disney Skyliner terminal (10 minutes). Then continue with steps #6-8 above.
Lynne, I hope this information helps you do all the things you want to do during your next Disney vacation. Please do not hesitate to write

Enjoy making many Magical Memories.
