Hi Kasey,
How awesome! You are just days away from your very first Disney World trip, I bet you can't wait! Purchasing a park hopper pass was a great decision as it will give you the ability to move around to the four parks and get the most out of your visit.
I like to use
www.touringplans.com when planning my family's Disney World trips. The site uses factors like past park attendance, special events and holidays to help determine the expected crowds on each day on a scale of one to ten, with ten the largestĀ and longest wait times. The site also uses this same information to compileĀ the best and worst parks to visit daily, again based on expected crowd levels.
I checked the site, and based on their information, the best day to visit Animal Kingdom is Sunday and Tuesday and the best days to visit Magic Kingdom and Epcot are Monday and Wednesday of that week. If you are staying at a Disney World resort, you will be able to take advantage of their Extra Magic Hours, giving you even more time to play. We generally like to get to a park at the very beginning of the morning extra magic hours and then hop to a different park by lunch when the crowds start to increase. Morning magic hours that week are Hollywood Studios on Monday, Magic Kingdom on Tuesday and Animal Kingdom on Wednesday.
If your family is full of night owls, you may want to check out the evening Extra Magic Hours. The park of the day, stays open three hours later for Disney resort guests. These are extremely popular and crowds can at times be heavy, but we love staying as late as we can and generally have good luck getting on a number of attractions. During your stay Animal Kingdom has evening hours on Monday, Epcot on Tuesday and Hollywood Studios on Wednesday.
Remember you will not accomplish everything since there is just so much to do. Make a list of your must-do's and relax and enjoy yourself. Wishing you a magical time!
