Hi Laurence,
Thanks for visiting the Disney Parks Moms Panel! Be Our Guest Restaurant and California Grill are two of my own favorite dining spots at Walt Disney World. In fact, they're two of the most popular restaurants on property right now, which means dining reservations can fill up quickly, even at the 180 day mark. My best suggestion is to keep trying! Plans change and reservations open up often, so sometimes it's just a matter of good timing and a little luck. When I have this issue, I check back daily. You can do this online or by calling (407) WDW-DINE (939-3463). I've had the best luck by calling right at at 7 a.m. EST when the line opens. You might also consider checking availability for every night of your trip, in case you can make some adjustments to other dining plans to get all the restaurants you've chosen. Also, in the meantime, I'd recommend making reservations for some alternate spots on those nights. Instead of California Grill, you might consider
Narcoossee's, which is known for its seafood, steaks and view of Cinderella Castle across Seven Seas Lagoon. Be Our Guest is also a great spot for lunch if you can't secure a dinner reservation. It's my favorite quick service lunch spot at Magic Kingdom and the atmosphere inside the restaurant is a can't-miss.
I hope that helps with your planning, but please let me know if you have any other questions.
Wishing you a magical vacation!
Beth
