Hi Karyn!
Welcome back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel!
Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party is one of the most popular seasonal events. Since the party does not officially begin until 7 PM, you are more than welcome to book an
Advance Dining Reservation for 6 PM. During this time, Magic Kingdom is still open for regular park Guests, and party Guests are beginning to arrive. If you won’t be staying for the party, and your meal isn't completed until after 7 PM, a Cast Member will walk you from the restaurant to the exit after dinner.
I will give you a fair warning, that the last time we were in the park at this time I had major fear of missing out and was so close to buying a party ticket and staying! Seeing everyone arrive in costume, along with the lighting and the music changing, put me in the spooky spirit and we gave serious thought to attending the party at that point. If they are not sold out, and you do change your mind, you can buy same-day party tickets, though they are slightly more expensive than tickets purchased in advance. If you decide you would like to experience Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party on that night,
tickets are on sale now. This year several favorite attractions are getting a Halloween makeover for the party, and there is an all new fireworks spectacular!
Wishing you a lovely dinner in the Magic Kingdom, Karyn. Please let us know what additional questions you have as you plan your exciting visit.
Have a Disney Day!
