    Hi Moms! We are experiencing our first Disney Cruise November 14, 2014 on the Dream. I heard there will be an opportunity to book my next cruise while on board with discounted rates? I would like to be ready with dates for our next adventure!

    Laura, welcome aboard! This fall is a great time to set sail with Disney Cruise Line! You'll be able to head south to the warm waters of the Bahamas for a really magical cruise!

    You are correct that Disney Cruise Line offers onboard booking offers for guests while they sail. It's a great idea to have a few dates in mind to book another cruise while onboard, as you can save 10% off the rates as well as receive an onboard credit for that future cruise. Usually, the onboard credit is $100 for cruises less than seven nights, or $200 for cruises seven or more nights. In addition, you have the option to put down only a 10% reduced deposit for seven-night or longer sailings, instead of the regular 20% deposit. 

    Keep in mind that some future sail dates are not available for this offer. Once you're onboard, head up to the Future Cruise Sales Desk on Deck 4, Midship, just above the atrium. There you can pick up the most current offers and blackout dates list so you can decide which future sail date will be best for your family. If you know when you want to sail, and that offer is available, book it one one of the first days you're cruising this time, because the Future Cruise Desk gets busy toward the end of the sailing when many guests realize how much fun cruising with Disney can be, and want to book another. We like to book ours the first or second day so we know it's taken care of!
