HI Moms!! We will be at Disney World on the 4th of July. Where do they have the fireworks, and what restaraunt should we reserve to be 'close to the action'? Tahnks

Great question, and I will try to help you out.  I have actually been to WDW on the 4th of July, and we selected the MK to go view the fireworks.  They were breathtaking ,and they could be seen from probably every vantage point in the park.  Of course main street is where most will gather to watch them, and that is a great seat.  Tomorrowland is another nice place to watch and even behind the castle in Fantasyland is great, too.  If you are going to be at MK, then your choices for dining include everything from CRT to Liberty Tree Tavern.  You could even make reservations at Chef Mickey or California Grill at the Contemporary and hop on the monorail to get right back to the park.  If you choose to leave the park and come back, make your reservations very early.  The park begins to get very crowded on the 4th in the late afternoon and early evening.  Hope this helps, and thanks for the great question.
