Hi moms.We r coming to dw in may and staying AOA for first time.my 2year old grandson making his 1st trip.my question is, we r doing dinner at Boma flavors of Africa, and using Disney buses only to get around. what is best way to get there from AOA. THANKS

    Hi John!

Congrats on your upcoming vacation and stay at the Art of Animation Resort! You will absolutely love Art of Animation! This resort is chock full of fun details, from the music under the water at the pool to the beautifully designed and themed sections of the resort to the amazing food court, it is truly one of the most fun resorts throughout Walt Disney World (WDW).

Unfortunately at this time WDW does not offer bus transportation from resort to resort. Therefore, if you are staying at AOA, you will need to take a bus to the Tickets and Transportation Center (TTC) from AOA, and then hop on a different bus to take you to Animal Kingdom. You can also take a bus to any of the four parks and then take a bus to Animal Kingdom from that park. The quickest way to get from AOA to Animal Kingdom Resort is via a taxi. This will be the most direct route. However, if you are visiting a park earlier in the day, and then eating at Animal Kingdom Lodge for dinner, you can take a bus from the park to Animal Kingdom. After dinner, you would need to go back to a park, then hop on a different bus back to AOA.

I hope you have a magical vacation!

    Magically,
    Stacy
