    hello moms,we are arriving in 4 days! And was wondering if we have specific requests for room location for my mother as she can't walk far, is it ok to do online check in, or should i wait to get down there? thanks

    Kaitlyn, how exciting! Your trip is just around the corner! I would definitely do the on-line check-in. It really speeds up the process, and everything is ready for on your arrival. In your previous question, you mentioned you're staying at Pop Century. I would call the resort directly at (407) 938-4000 and make your specific room request. When you check in, they will show you your room location on a map. If for any reason you are dissatisfied, the cast member will do their best to accommodate you.
