hello momspanel! I'm trying to make reservations for spirit of aloha dinner. It's saying that "advance payment is required" but I have the dining plan. How does that work? Why do I pay now if it should be part of my package price? Thanks!

Hi Kacie! The Spirit of Aloha at the Polynesian Resort is an exciting dinner show! When booking certain dinner reservations, and particularly dinner shows, a credit card is required to secure the reservation. Although the cost of the reservation is going to be covered by your dining plan, you will still need to provide a credit card number to confirm the reservation at time of booking. When you arrive, advise your server that you intend to use your dining plan credits to cover the costs. If for any reason you cannot make your reservation, be sure to cancel in ample time, as per the specific reservation's policy, or your credit card will be charged a fee.

    Hope this helps Kacie!
