Hi, Chris!  If you've got a bunch of night owls, you might want to make sure you are taking advantage of the Extra Magic Hours.  You don't say if you are staying at a Walt Disney World resort, but if you are, you'll be able to do the extra magic hours in the morning and the evening.  With park hoppers, you can even do the morning extra magic hours, then switch parks to the one with the evening extra magic hours, which is going to give you long days to pack in all the fun you can!

If you want to park hop, I'd say map your itinerary out so that you head to the park you want to spend your evenings in right around dinner time.  That way, you'll be able to see any daytime parades or shows at one park, then do the fireworks or nightly shows at the other.  If you factor in the extra magic hours, after the night time fireworks, you'll still have up to three more hours of park time!

I hope this helps with your planning!
