    Hi Moms, Our cruise on 11/29 is almost here.yay I was reading the dinning menus and I am a very picky eater, do they offer other options not on the menu? Like a simple steak or pasta dish. I was on a different cruise line and they had that option. TY

    Welcome back, Tonnesha! Yes, only a few more weeks now until you head out to sea with Disney Cruise Line! Have you started counting down the days yet?

    One of the things I really love about Disney Cruise Line is that the service team rotates through the restaurants with guests. Once onboard, you'll meet your server, assistant server and head server who will be with your family each night at each restaurant. They get to know your preferences and you get to know them. It's such fun interacting with them and such a refreshing change to have a server anticipate your needs by the second night!

    I've seen guests request a more simplified version of many of the menu items. For example, a plain pasta with butter or the steak that is offered, minus any of the added ingredients or sauces, or just a plain baked chicken. Just browse your menu selection each night and chat with your server who will be happy to take any of your requests for leaving off certain parts of the main dish. They are always happy to work with the guests to do a slight modification of the dish to ensure that you are happy with your meal. Don't forget to check out the kids menu too. You are welcome to order from that menu if you see something on there that you'd enjoy more than the fancier adult meals. No problem!
