Hi moms,,, I'm trying to arrange a family holiday to Walt Disney world but l haven't got a clue where to start,, Originally we just wanted to just cruise but then felt if were going to do the whole Disney experience then we should cruise and stay ...

Nicole, it sounds like you're looking into a really magical Land and Sea vacation with Disney!

The best place to start is to choose a month that works best for your family, and then choose your cruise sailing. You can book both the cruise and a resort stay (along with park tickets and ground transportation) by calling Disney Cruise Line. You can't book this together online.

If you want to include the Disney Dining Plan for your resort stay, unfortunately, Disney Cruise Line cannot do this for you. If that's the case, simply book the cruise through DCL and the resort stay through Walt Disney World, where they can include the Dining Plan on your reservation. Then, call Disney Cruise Line if you'd like to include Disney's ground transportation to or from the port. They can add that on for you and link your reservations.

I highly recommend doing the park and resort stay before you cruise, as though the parks are fun, they can certainly wear you out! I love to have a cruise planned after our park trips so we can relax on the seas. But, if we're still looking to go, go, go, there are plenty of activities and events on the ship to keep us busy. Or we can do nothing! Either way, the cruise is a nice way to end a few fun days at the parks.

I hope this helps you plan, Nicole! Please let me know if you have any other questions before you set sail on your magical cruise!
