    Hello MOM'S.I will be traveling on 1/8 to 1/13/2012,I will staying at the beach club resort and wanted to know if the pool is opened?

    Hi Sam,

    Barring any temporary closures for maintenance, the Disney resort hotel pools remain open year round. I'm not seeing any notifications of pool maintenance at the Beach Club for January 2012, so you should be good to go.

    The Beach Club is one of my family's favorite Disney hotels. We've stayed there nearly a dozen times. One of the reasons that we keep coming back is the incredible pool situation there. Stormalong Bay is almost a mini water park right there at the hotel. We love the giant water slide, lazy river, water falls, and whirlpool areas. You can rent rafts or buy pool noodles at a shop right next to the pool. It's super convenient.
