Hello Moms, Great forum! My 5-year old daughter and I (dad) are planning a trip to WDW 7/14 - 7/18. I would like a recommendation on moderate resort hotel from you. I do not plan to rent a car. Thank you.

    Gopinath,

Really all the moderates are going to be a great choice for you, but my personal favorite is the Port Orleans Riverside. There is more to explore on the resort property, and the boat access to Downtown Disney is a real plus. Port Orleans French Quarter is much the same, and also has that boat access, but Riverside wins for more resort amenities, including dining and recreation options.

And you should be find not renting a car, since Disney transportation can take you most anywhere on property you would care to go. And with that boat access to Downtown Disney, you get more options when traveling to other resorts!

    Have a magical vacation!
