    My mom & I (63 & 38) visiting 9/20-28-celebrating her 7 yr victory over breast cancer. Want to surprise mom with something special & thought tkts for MNSSHP would be perfect. We LOVE halloween & Disney but wasn't sure if it's too childish

    I'm so happy for you and your mom Wendy! I love hearing inspirational stories like this, and love that the two of you are sharing this special milestone together at Disney World!  We first went to Mickey's Not So Scary Hallowe'en Party last year and absolutely loved it! The fireworks are truly spectacular, the parade is a must (MUST) see, and seeing the characters dressed up in costumes can't be missed. Add lots of free treats to the mix, and you have a perfect evening. This is truly a special event for kids and adults alike. As a matter of fact, many of us from the Moms Panel are getting together at the party this year! I think you'll have a fantastic time. And don't forget to wear a costume!
