Hello, I am a mom trying to plan a disney family vacation, we will be leaving quebec driving and bringing our RV, I was hopping to give the children this for christmas 2013, therefore leaving Dec 25 I cant find a campsite, any ideas ?? thank you very much.

    Hi Amanda!

The Campsites at Disney's Fort Wilderness Resort are absolutely wonderful. They have campsites available for tent/pop-ups, full hook-up campsites and campsites for accommodating both large and small RVs. There are 430 premium campsites, 123 preferred campsites, 156 full hook-up campsites and 90 tent/pop-up campsites.

To make a reservation you can look for availability online or by calling 407-939-7211. If there is not a campsite available for your RV during the time you plan to visit, you can keep calling back to check to see if there is availability. Oftentimes there becomes availability as the date of your trip nears. Don't give up! At times when I wanted a specific location I just kept calling to check availability until something opened up.

It is so wonderful that you are planning a surprise visit during Christmas!! What a wonderful surprise that will make it the best Christmas ever.

I hope you have a magical vacation!

    Magically,
    Stacy
