    As a mom of an 18month old I’m hoping to be able to request and guarantee a crib in my room at one of the Disney hotels. My daughter is too big for a pack n play so was wondering if Disney truly offered cribs and how I went about securing one?

    Hi Sara! Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel.  I think this polar vortex we are experiencing has us all dreaming of a Walt Disney World Resort vacation!

    Walt Disney World Resort Hotels generally provide Pack 'n Play playards instead of standard cribs, although a limited number of larger cribs are available upon request.  I recommend you note your request when making your Resort reservation, or call the Disney Resort Hotel Reservations line at 407-939-1936 to add this request to your existing reservation.  Please know that while the request for a larger crib cannot be guaranteed, in my experience Cast Members at your Resort Hotel will do their best to ensure you have the equipment you need.

    If you are interested, Kingdom Strollers is a Disney Featured Provider that rents cribs and other equipment as well as strollers.

    Sara, make sure your family takes advantage of the Baby Care Centers found in the Theme Parks.  These wonderful centers have changing and feeding equipment available for your use, as well as an assortment of baby essentials for sale.  The Baby Care Centers were a life-saver for me when my children were small.
