My mom and I have been on the Dream and Fantasy before, and now we've booked a cruise on the Magic...I'm really excited to see the newly reimagined ship, but my mom's worried there won't be as many activities as on the other ships. Are there less?

    Ahoy Kelly!
You should absolutely be excited to be sailing on the newly reimagined Disney Magic.  It is amazing!  My husband and I have sailed on the original Disney Magic, the Disney Dream, the Disney Fantasy, and the reimagined Disney Magic.  We had a fabulous time on ALL of the ships, and have always found plenty to do, from wine tasting to mixology to trivia.
I have found that there are just as many activities on the reimagined Magic as the Dream or Fantasy.  One of my favorites is Disney trivia, which usually happens once a day (or more!).
At night, we actually prefer the smaller ship for the nightclubs.  It feels more intimate, and you get to know many of your fellow cruisers.
Any day on a Disney cruise is better than a day NOT on a Disney cruise.  Enjoy your time on the reimagined Disney Magic!  And, definitely check out the Twist 'n' Spout slide and the Aquadunk!
    Happy Cruising, Tracy V.

GAWRSH! Hiya pals! I am a Goofy-loving mom of 2, who is married to my real-life Prince Charming. My family supports my passion for all things Disney. Walt Disney World was my very first vacation, when I was just 3 months old, and I recently completed my 73rd trip to a Disney location! I have been fortune enough to parasail high above the Disney Fantasy, attend opening day of Batuu, snorkel in the lagoon at Disney's Aulani, and SO MUCH MORE! I can't wait to help you plan your Disney vacation!
