Hi, Dianah! Thank you for stopping by planDisney with your question!
My Disney Experience is a handy tool that allows you to sync all of your Walt Disney World Resort vacation plans. It's convenient to have everything in one place, from theme park tickets, to hotel reservations and Disney Park Passes. My husband and I both have our own My Disney Experience accounts linked together, and this way, we can each see all the plans we make for ourselves and our kids on our smartphones.
When you create your account, go into the
Family & Friends section, and you can create a profile for your child(ren). Choose "I'll manage all plans for this Guest," and you'll be able to link all your childrens' theme park tickets so you can see them in the app. Then, to link to your husband's account, enter your husband's email address that he uses for his Disney account. He will receive an invitation to connect with you on your Family & Friends list. Once he accepts your invitation, both of you should appear in each other's Family & Friends list. You'll have the option to modify what gets shared with him. If your husband prefers not to have his own account, you can also select the option to manage all his plans too, and he can access your plans from his phone by using your sign-in information.
If you are tech-savvy, you might also want to use the new
Disney MagicMobile Service. You can download it to your phone's wallet application right from the My Disney Experience app, and it creates a digital pass to link and access vacation entitlements, including tickets. This way you can use your phone to scan into the Parks; however, only the manager of the accounts will be able to store the kids' theme park admission on their device.
I hope this helps. If you run into any trouble, Dianah, you can contact the Internet Help Desk at (407) 939-4357. The Cast Members there are super helpful! See ya real soon!
